Team & Moderator AllocationPump.fun has no presale and no protocol-level team allocation. At launch the creator buys on the open bonding curve like everyone else and, from that buy, transfers 2.5% of supply (25,000,000 $DBD) to each of the Department's two moderators. Every moderator allocation is placed in a verifiable on-chain vesting lock for the first 7 days after launch, released gradually, so no one can dump during launch week. All wallets are public and every lock is verifiable on-chain. This is disclosed, not hidden.
Creator BuyTarget 1% (about 10,000,000 tokens), bought openly at launch. The exact SOL cost, price impact and resulting tokens are checked on the launch screen before signing; the final figure is published here on launch day.
Creator WalletPublicly identified and listed above. No secret second wallet buys or sells $DBD.
No-Sale CommitmentA public 90-day no-sale commitment: the creator sells nothing for the first 90 days after launch. This is a promise, not a technical smart-contract lock.
Selling (after 90 days)Only if needed, and at most 10% of the remaining creator position per 30 days. From an initial 1%, that is at most 0.10% of total supply in the first selling month. Every sale is announced at least 48 hours in advance, with the reason and the amount.
Creator FeesPump.fun currently pays the creator 0.30% per trade on the bonding curve, only when there is trading volume, and Pump.fun can change its fees at any time. These fees may help cover project costs and the creator's work. They are never presented as guaranteed income.
